Robert O. Bartz (Pastor Bob) began as Intentional Interim Pastor (IIP) on Wednesday November 29, 2023. Intentional Interim Ministry (IIM) is designed to prepare Emmaus for the next Resident Pastor. Pastor Bob will be at Emmaus from Wednesday Noon through noon on the following Monday. He will be available 24/7 while in Wauseon and residing in the parsonage. When not in Wauseon he will be at his home in Three Rivers, Michigan. Since retirement in 2013 he has served vacancies in Three Rivers Michigan, Centreville Michigan, and a year-long Intentional Interim in Easton Pennsylvania. Pastor Bob and wife Lindysue Luster-Bartz reside in Three Rivers Michigan and have eight grown children, all married, and 15 grandchildren.

Tricia Zesing is our Administrator/Assistant Treasurer. She has many years experience as office manager at a family-owned business, church treasurer and church secretary. She has an Associates degree in Accounting from Northwest State Community College. She is married, has 3 children and lives in Archbold OH.
Emmaus Christian Preschool Director/Teacher – Jennifer Rodriguez
My name is Jennifer Rodriguez and I am a mother of four children and also been married for 18 years. I am from Corpus Christi, Texas and have been living in Ohio for four years now. I have been teaching for 20 years in the public school setting with a few years of that working in a preschool. I have a bachelors of science degree in Christian Education and have a passion to teach and help each child grow. I currently enjoy teaching kids and am involved in my church as a kids pastor, and having four children of my own it is very important to me to teach them and lead them to know God. I enjoy reading and hanging out with my family any chance I can get.
Praise Team Leader – Karin McGilvery
Born and raised in Liberty Center, Karin McGilvery has enjoyed teaching piano and Kindermusik to hundreds of children and adults in Northwest Ohio. Accompanying choirs, soloists and musicals at both of her alma maters (Liberty Center High School and the University of Toledo) and teaching music have kept her fingers busy. She is married to Mac and proud mother of Mackie, Tom and Maggie. She is the owner and head boss lady at Abundance Soaps.
Custodian – Don Hildreth
Don was born and raised in Fulton County. He has been a member of Emmaus for over 35 years. He plays golf, manages Phantom Fireworks in Fayette and currently lives in Fayette. When everything is clean and in good order, Don has been here doing his thing!
